WG-Fit, coached by Dave Hedges is a training style based on creating well rounded, capable and injury free individuals and athletes.

We draw from a range of resources to offer biomechanically sound training options to develop strength, mobility and endurance.

This approach has a very high success rate with injury rehabilitation as well, which is something we are known for and a reason we have many full contact and extreme sports athletes come to us.

We have programs, training groups and personal training available through this App or in person at our Dublin venue.
