This is a 12 week program that will get you ready for your first Kettlebell Sport competition.

We assume you have a working knowledge of the Kettlebell Lifts, if not we can help with that. 
The plan starts by developing a foundation on which to develop the Kettlebell Sport lifts, namely the Snatch and Long Cycle.

If you are not planning on competing in Kettlebell Sport but wish to gain the near legendary strength and endurance such athletes exhibit, then this is a solid program for you.

Set a timer for 30 seconds work, 15 seconds break, for 10 rounds. Perform: C1: Boat Hold x 30sec C2: Kettlebell Swing x 30 sec Use 1 hand, 2 hand or Hand to Hand swings
