I bring nearly two decades of coaching experience to THE Best Damn Training Team & has coached everyone from Olympians to complete beginners who just wanted to feel capable again. I've seen what works and I built this team around it. Here's how I think about training: your body is a system. Speed, power, strength, & endurance aren't separate goals, they're layers you build in sequence and combine on purpose. Every month's programming follows that logic. We develop sprints, build explosive power, progress strength all the way through, and layer in conditioning to make sure the engine behind all of it never quits. Nothing is random. Everything connects. This is how real athletes train. Not one quality at a time, not body part splits, not whatever is trending this month.
