VO2 max is one of the biggest predictors of all cause mortality that we know of. It is the most important metric to pay attention to if you want to know how long you're going to live. If you want to live longer and have a higher quality of life, increasing your VO2 max should be one of your top priorities.

Increase Power and Coordination
One of the first abilities we lose as we age is power output and coordination. Making sure we add these into our routine in a safe way that we can progress over time is very important. Also we want the ability to be able to move freely in multiple ways so that when we are living our lives we are not impeded by certain ranges of motion.

Putting it all Together
Watch as your physical and mental performance increases as you learn how to manage the intensity, progression, and mixture of strength, endurance, mobility, power, and coordination. Being able to add all of these different adaptations into one plan is both fun and extremely beneficial to ones health.
