How much time do I need to commit each week?
Four workouts per week, about 45 to 60 minutes each. You can split them however works for your schedule. If you miss a day, just pick up where you left off.
What if I'm new to lifting weights?
This program is designed for beginners. Every exercise includes clear instructions on sets, reps, and intensity. You'll know exactly what to do, and the community is there if you have questions.
Do I need to track macros or follow a strict diet?
No. You get access to a meal plan generator and nutrition education, but we don't require obsessive tracking. The focus is on building sustainable habits that work for your life.
What happens after the 7 day free trial?
f you want to continue, you'll be charged $20 per month. No contract. Cancel anytime. If it's not for you, just cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
