Five days a week. Real barbell work paired with ruck carries, sled work, and smart cardio. You'll come out heavier on the big lifts and harder to break at the same time. The mountain doesn't care how you feel about it. Neither does the bar.

Who was this actually built for?
A client prepped for two things at once, an elk hunt 15 miles deep in Idaho and his first powerlifting meet. We built strength for the platform and conditioning for the mountain without one killing the other. He finished both. This is that plan.
Will the conditioning wreck my strength?
No. That's the whole engineering challenge this program solves. The cardio and work-capacity pieces are dosed specifically to build your engine without stealing from your strength work. Most hybrid programs fail at this. This one doesn't.
Do I need to be a hunter to run this?
Not at all. The program was born out of hunt prep, but the training builds real-world capability that shows up everywhere, on a hike, on a jobsite, in an emergency, in a ruck, in a meet. If you want to be the guy who can do hard things, this is the program.
I've never done sled work or carries. Can I do this?
Every movement has a video demo. If you've got a barbell, a rack, a bench, and access to a sled or a sandbag or a ruck, you've got what you need. If your gym doesn't have a sled, you can substitute with heavy carries or prowler work, the programming is flexible.
Will this work for me?
I give you the plan, the app, the meals, the extras, and the Brotherhood. I can’t give you the choice to show up, when you’re smoked or staring at a heavy bar. The guys who win stop negotiating with themselves. That’s it.
