Built for a private client training for two events at once, an elk hunt 15 miles deep in the Idaho mountains and his first amateur powerlifting meet. Strength heavy enough to drive his meet totals. Conditioning savage enough to carry a dead elk out of the backcountry without breaking. Now you get the same plan.
Five days a week. Real barbell work paired with ruck carries, sled work, and smart cardio. You'll come out heavier on the big lifts and harder to break at the same time. The mountain doesn't care how you feel about it. Neither does the bar.
