Onward Training Green is a program that is designed in such a way to assist youth with their strength development journey.
The aim of the program is to educate young people on the benefits of strength training, create a healthy relationship with strength training and understanding on what it means to be strong.
Onward training green takes an holistic approach to training, taking in to account the importance of learning the basics first, with a view to not only improving their performance in their chosen sport but their outlook and longevity in everyday life.
