  • Onward Training Green is a program that is designed in such a way to assist youth with their strength development journey.  

  • The aim of the program is to educate young people on the benefits of strength training, create a healthy relationship with strength training and understanding on what it means to be strong. 

  • Onward training green takes an holistic approach to training, taking in to account the importance of learning the basics first, with a view to not only improving their performance in their chosen sport but their outlook and longevity in everyday life.
