Total development program targeted toward rotational sports. Rotational sports require lateral, vertical, and rotational forces that happen in 0.25 seconds or less.

This program hits all necessary aspects of Rotational Development, Lower Body Force, and Structural Support to help you stay healthy, improve performance, and take your ability to the next level.

Programs are dedicated to using science-based applications to maximize results in rotational sports. The end goal will always be to maximize force production in the direction, time, and duration needs of rotational sports and produce results for athletes.

Rotational Strength
Strength in the rotational movement pattern is different than other directions. It requires stability, timing, and coordination that is different than traditional vertically biased training.

Rotational Velocity
Strength alone doesn't transfer to skill. You must use that strength within the time restrictions of the sport task to improve. You only have so much time to use strength in a swing or throw.

Lower Body Force
Lower body force is not simply squatting more. Athletes need max strength in sport specific angles and directions.

Lower Body Power
Sport is time restrictive. Strength is not enough. Use that strength fast and in sport-specific ranges of motion.

Logan Barrett, CPSS, SCCC, CSCS, OnBaseU, TPI Logan is currently the Performance and Sport Scientist for Wichita State Baseball + Tennis. Logan has had the opportunity to train multiple D1 Conference Championship teams, 25+ MLB Draft picks, 30+ D1 baseball All-Conference players, 10+ D1 softball All-Conference players, multiple D1 All-Americans, and multiple players who now play in the MLB.
