The aim of the program is to help make you more injury proof and build physical qualities that will help you hit it further for longer. Building qualities like strength and jumping ability has been shown to transfer well to clubhead & ball speed.

This three day program adapts to the golf season, offering an intensity that allows you to train around your busy golf schedule while still making progress even in-season.
