Ive been training Jiujitsu for well over a decade, while I sit presently at the rank of brown belt, im not a champion or a great competitor. But I am fortunate enough to work with some of the best athletes in the sport. Numerous IBJJF, NAGA champions, ADCC competitors and UFC fighters have used my ever evolving approaches over the years.

This program represents the distillation of what have worked well for us and I hope it works well for you.
