At the core of the program are the four foundational lifts: Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Pull-Up. These are paired with bodybuilding-style supersets that target specific muscle groups for maximum hypertrophy and balance. Every lifting session follows a full-body split, allowing you to train frequently while managing volume and recovery intelligently.
Conditioning maintains a classic CrossFit-style feel, but with a more streamlined approach. Metcons range from 10 to 45 minutes, focusing on intensity, repeatability, and purpose rather than chaos. You will alternate between lifting-focused days and conditioning-focused days, creating a well-balanced blend of strength development and cardiovascular fitness.
Equipment requirements are intentionally simple and found in most commercial and CrossFit-style gyms. For any less common equipment, clear substitutions are provided to ensure you still achieve the intended stimulus.
