FAQs
What equipment do I need?
Workouts use either 1 or 2 kettlebells or a pair of dumbbells. Some require double kettlebells of the same size (e.g., front squats, cleans, presses) A heavier single kettlebell is used for swings, deadlifts, and carries If you're limited on equipment, I’ll provide alternatives when possible.
How long do the workouts take?
Most workouts are 35–45 minutes. Efficient, focused, and designed to fit into a busy lifestyle.
Do I get coaching or feedback?
Yes. You’ll have direct access to me through the TrainHeroic team feed, and we do one live group coaching call per month to cover technique, mindset, and Q&A.
What if I miss a workout?
No stress. You can move sessions around in the TrainHeroic app and catch up on your own time. The goal is consistency — not perfection.
