An 8-week program that utilizes both Dumbbells and Kettlebells with the goal of building muscle and endurance. Split into (2) 4-week cycles, the Dumbbell + Kettlebell Program consists of 5 workouts per week, with (1) dedicated kettlebell strength workout, (1) dedicated dumbbell strength workout, (1) kettlebell circuit, (1) dumbbell circuit, and (1) bodyweight + kettlebell + dumbbell circuit per week.
