The ultimate 8-week challenge for individuals who are at an advanced fitness level and are looking to challenge themselves with both variety and difficult movements/workouts structures. This program is split into (2) 4-week cycles with 4 workouts per week, and requires (2) medium weight kettlebells and (1) heavier kettlebell. Each week consists of (2) Strength Workouts and (2) Circuit Workouts.
