What equipment will I need?
Most exercises can be done with basic barbell and dumbbell equipment. However, access to a gym that has machines is encouraged. There are some exercises that are programmed that require machines. Although those exercises can easily be replaced with free weight alternatives..
How do I access the program?
TrainHeroic to deliver the program. You'll create an account and your training will be delivered via the TrainHeroic app (both iOS and Android) each day. There are video instructions around each movement and any additional instructions will be listed in the description.
Will I be able to ask questions?
Yes, I go through the comments and questions and will answer any questions you may have about the program.
