Odin's Boys is a Strongman program for Intermediate Strongman Competitors. Athletes who have a history of strength training who have either none or limited Strongman Training experience.

This program keys in on the main human body movements to get an athlete strong across the board.

You'll see strength improvement in:

  • The Squat
  • The Deadlift
  • The Overhead Press
  • The Loaded Carry

These are the strengths you'll need to perfrom in events like:

  • The Log Press
  • Keg Loading, Pressing, and Carrying
  • Yoke Walks
  • Stone Loading
  • Various Strongman Events

Using a combination of the Westside Conjugate System and ATR's Signature Protocols, we ensure that you get better every workout. No arbitrary "3 sets of 8" here. You'll have effective guidance to ensure that you see gains.
