Specifically designed for beginner to intermediate strongman athletes, this 13-week program will guide you through progressively intense training cycles, building raw power, explosive strength, and rock-solid technique.

This quarter focuses on peaking for two max-effort lifts:

  • Wagon Wheel Deadlift: Improve your deadlift with this strongman staple, perfect for developing top-end strength and lockout power.
  • Axle Clean and Press: Gain the strength, speed, and technique needed to move serious weight with the axle bar, a true test of upper-body power and full-body coordination.
