I just joined & you're in the middle of the program, where do I start?
You can feel free to jump right in during the middle of the program or go back to the first day of the program if you want. There is no wrong answer. If you aren't sure which to do, text me and I will answer your questions.
I can't do some of the movements. What do I do?
Our programs will have different options depending on your ability and equipment. Hit me up by text and I can almost always provide a solution.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Subscriptions are month-to-month and you can cancel at anytime.
