This program has been tried and tested before going to launch, and it works. No bullsh*t workouts, no dangerously low and unrealistic calorie requirements. Just enjoyable sessions and consistent targets to ensure results.

This is perfect for the run up to an event like a birthday or a wedding to make sure you're in the best shape possible.

Note: this program is suitable for intermediates to advanced. This does not suit a complete beginner. You need to have some experience in the gym and a basic level of knowledge about nutrition.
