Strength + conditioning without the burnout of traditional CrossFit. 5 training days, 1 active recovery, 1 rest. 30-60 min sessions, warmups, compound lift before every WOD, optional extra credit (running/machine intervals, hyrox, CrossFit skills, oly lifting, etc), daily hard-hitting MetCons, and bonus accessory strength work. FAQs
What equipment do I need?
Most you'll need is either a pair of dumbbells or a barbell. Nice add-ons would be a bench/box, a machine/running option, and a jump rope. Melt 30 is fully minimal-equipment and perfect for travel or busy days.
What if I only have 30 minutes?
Use Melt 30 - it’s built for busy parents and professionals. Or skip the extra credit/bonus work in MetCon and Full Body Strength. Everything is flexible.
I’m a beginner — is this too advanced?
No. Every workout includes Beginner (Scaled), Intermediate, and Advanced options. You’ll always know exactly where to start!
Can I mix programs?
Yes - that’s the whole point! Most members blend Full Body Strength + MetCon or Hybrid + Melt 30 depending on time and goals. The entire system works together and allows you to create your own customizable fitness experience.
How long are the workouts?
MetCon and Strength sessions are 30-60 minutes depending on how much you choose to do (compound lift, extra credit, accessory work). Melt 30 is always 30 minutes or less.
What makes Melt different from CrossFit or random workouts?
