Dedicated days where we attack the upper body and lower body gives us the ability to hit multiple exercises and angles with a mixture of compound and isolated movements. The time between designated days allows for maximum recovery so everyday you get attack it without fear.

Farm Fridays
I have used "Farm Fridays" in my programming for years. It sounds strange, but people love it and I bet you will equally have a love/hate relationship with them. These days take us back to simpler times were we were required to drag, carry, pull, and grunt our way through a tough day on the farm. You will get a full body workout and hit those muscles that your forgot you had.

Stay Consistent
It's all about consistency. He who can stick to it the longest will reap the greatest benefit. It is not worth doing a 5 day program if you can only stick to it for 1 week or only finish 1 training session. This is just 3 hours a week, we all have 3 hours!
