Kinstretch is a joint training and movement enhancement system used to develop flexibility, maximum body control and active range of motion, thereby promoting joint health and longevity. Our monthly membership includes 4 weekly classes consisting of 1 full &1 mini class, and 2 of the following: joint and tissue-specific videos, exercise warm-ups & movement explanations.

You will have access to the class videos for 2 months. You will have ongoing access to the Foundations Videos, detailing the CARs routine, PAILs/RAILs technique, and Kinstretch/FRC Concepts.

Safeguard Your Joints and Recover Faster
Our Kinstretch programs develop the prerequisite capacity for movement so that they can be practiced regularly, and loaded, without detriment to your tissues and joints. We teach your joints to withstand greater loads through full range, making your tissues less likely to incur an injury from a given force.

Grayson is a current owner at Basis Health & Performance where he coaches strength, strongman, conditioning, and Kinstretch. Grayson was a former coach at NorCal Strength & Conditioning and previously owned and operated two CrossFit gyms in Denver, CO. Grayson was also a cheerleader for the Denver Nuggets basketball team.

Sarah Strange is a current owner at Basis Health & Performance where she coaches clients in strength, conditioning, Kinstretch, and nutrition. She is the former Director of Programming and head of the Olympic weightlifting program and nutrition coach at NorCal Strength & Conditioning. She's also a former CrossFit gym owner, former Polestar Pilates instructor, and a former ballet dancer. ​
