The Basis Spine Kinstrestch Series progresses you through a 5-week course. Each week offers a Full Class (60 Minutes), a mini class ( 30-40 Minutes), and 2 mobility shorts (15-30 minutes) that are movement specific or "On-The-Go". The weeks advance through Kinstretch movement progression that prioritizes spine segmentation first and rotation second.
