Who is this program for?
Basketball players from middle school through the professional level who want to improve strength, explosiveness, speed, flexibility, and durability with training designed specifically for the demands of basketball.
What equipment do I need?
Access to a barbell, weight plates, dumbbells, a bench, a pull-up bar, and cables or resistance bands is required, but a fully equipped gym is recommended to get the most out of every phase of the program.
What if I miss a workout?
Don't worry. Simply pick up where you left off. Consistency over time matters more than perfection on any single day.
How long are the workouts?
Most sessions take 60–90 minutes, depending on the training phase and your individual pace.
Will I be able to contact Coach Miguel?
Yes. You'll have direct access through the TrainHeroic app for questions, guidance, and ongoing support throughout your training.
Is the program updated regularly?
Yes. New programming is written and delivered weekly to ensure athletes continue progressing and adapting throughout the year.
