Our program is different than other affiliate tracks due to our application of programming high skill based movements. We typically reserve high skill movements outside of metcons (muscle ups, pistols, HS walk, squat snatch..etc). These movements frequently come up during our skill/strength piece in the absence of aerobic distress.
Our metcons place a large focus on being aerobically taxing. Utilizing lower skill movements allows majority to move through the workouts while receiving a larger aerobic strain. Majority of our workouts on this track range from 12-20min inside a wide range of intervals.
This track comes with a full warm up, strength/skill piece, metcon, workout stimulus and modification options.
