Who is this for?
This program is for everyone, the "every-day athlete". For all skill sets and fitness levels.
What if I miss a day?
There are no workouts scheduled for the weekends, so this would be an ideal time to make-up any workouts you may have skipped during the week.
Can I really complete these sessions in thirty to forty minutes?
Absolutely. If you adhere to the prescribed rest times b/t sets, you will certainly be able to complete the scheduled work during this time frame.
Can I do this on my own time?
Yes! That is the beauty of it. Choose your starting date, choose your ending date, and publish these workouts into your calendar as you see fit.
