FAQs
Can this program be done from the Home Gym?
Yes, you'll simply have to modify some lifts like hack squats, machine rows and presses.. doable with a decent home gym setup. The program is best done in a commercial gym, though..
Can this be done by beginners?
Yes. Scale the volume and intensity as necessary, and feel free to reach out with any questions
What if i can only train 3 or 4 days per week?
Simply follow the program in order and extend your training week out to 8 or 9 days.. still totally doable if you're training hard.
Does this come with a nutrition plan?
Not exactly.. everyone's needs are different, so a cookie-cutter diet plan wouldn't be something I'd want to give you. However, in the community I do have several nutrition guides, with meals, plans, etc that all my athletes get for free.
