Each training session runs through the Matrix: a progression of layers that attack the nervous system, muscle fibers, and conditioning in one integrated flow. You’ll move from explosive activation/neural work, into heavy compound lifts, then into dense hypertrophy and brutal pump work that finishes the job.

This program was built for hybrid/tactical lifters, and anyone who refuses to be average. You’ll look powerful, perform even stronger, and build a body that’s as dangerous as it looks.
