Tactical Titan is a 12 week program designed to get you bigger, stronger, AND ready to back it up.

This program has 4 phases:

  • Indoc
  • Intensification

  • Realization.

You'll be performing a mix of training methods meticulously blended together through years of experience training various athletes from special operations candidates to football players and combat athletes.

You're receiving a product that has taken me years to develop and has been battle tested in the real world.

This program includes hypertrophy work, conditioning, speed/agility, and places a high importance on stength and rate of force prodcution.

All segments throughout the program have demo videos, detailed instructions, and I'm here if you have any questions.

This program is 12 weeks, split into 4 phases. You'll be guided through a progressive 12 week system designed to build beasts. We've meticulously blended hypertrophy, strength, speed and conditioning work into one program.

Can beginners do this program?
This program is not recommended for beginners. You should ideally have at least a year or two in the gym, and be proficient in basic lifts
Will this program get me stronger?
A heavy emphasis is placed on strength work in this program. Strength is the foundation of any athlete, and you will definitely have the chance to significantly increase your strength with a structured, phased program like this. Absolutely.
Does the program have cardio and conditioning work built in?
Yes.. conditioning is present. It is in an appropriate dose to benefit from it without overdoing it. The program includes some higher intensity conditioning, rucking, and lighter cardio days for recovery and cardiac output.
