The modern battlefield is an anaerobic battlefield. You need to be strong, fast, well conditioned and durable.

Many tactical programs fall short, looking more like either bodybuilding/powerlifting programs, or over-emphasizing running and bodyweight training at the expense of strength and power.

10 Weeks Out is a 10 week concurrent Tactical Preparation Program that will prepare you for just about any test you've got coming up, including the ACFT, LEO academies or military prep.

This program will include strength work, speed and agility work, conditioning and tactical training.

Week 10 includes 3 separate tests for you to choose from, including my own TACTICAL COMBINE ALPHA (TAC-ALPHA) Test.

This training progresses over 10 weeks to have you peaking at the end to crush whatever you've got coming up.

FAQs
Will this program prepare me for my Army ACFT?
Yes, this program will prepare you to crush the ACFT. I've got you covered on all bases..
Does the program include running?
Yes, but we do NOT do any excessive running. I've opted for interval sprints, which build up to repeating 400m sprints, which will more than prepare you to crush a 1.5 or 2 mile run.
Is rucking included?
Yes, weekly rucking is part of the program. The TAC ALPHA test at the end also included a timed 3 mile ruck. If you need longer rucking preparation, message me and I'll assist.
Will this program help me in my academy for fire or LEO?
Absolutely.. you'll head into that training looking and feeling like a machine.
