Do The Recreational Lifters Offer a Money Back Guarantee?
Yes, but not with this program (available with Unlimited 1:1 Coaching). This program is simply designed to be the most accessible high quality training program that focuses on the fact that body transformations are less about 3-4 month programs, and more about a long term lifestyle and community
How Much Sleep Do I Need to be Successful?
It depends. We all require different amounts of sleep for different days and situations. On average, the minimum is 7-8hrs in bed every night. Planning for more will allow you to make faster and better progress, especially if you live a busy lifestyle.
How Fast Can I Drop 20lbs of Fat?
It depends, but also reasonable for any new recreational lifter to lose 1lb of fat weekly without crash dieting. The more consistent the lifter is with his Training, Nutrition and Sleep, the faster the fat loss will be. A lifter could lose 20lbs when consistent with our program for 90 days straight.
Do I Need to Buy Any Supplements?
No. But we do use several ourselves that we find make the lifestyle more fruitful and enjoyable like creatine, magnesium, zinc and a few others. However, you do get 10% off all supplement purchases too.
Can I Complete this Program at Home?
No. But if you will be joining a gym within the next 8 weeks the Coaches will be able to make you a custom home training routine for the time being.
If I have an injury should I join this program?
Probably not. If it has been recommended by your Doctor/physio/chiro to exercise than yes this program could do you well. However, anyone dealing with new or old injuries is always best off with a customized 1:1 approach until healthy again.
Will I Get Stronger/Add Lean Muscle?
YES! and because we're breaking down the precise nutrition you need for your body to gain pure lean muscle, you have no need to stress that you will be losing any gains or wasting your time with another BS program. This is REAL Training 💪
