What If I can't do an exercise?
Not to worry, if there is a movement you can't do due to some current limitations you are experiencing its okay. every movement is modifiable. Just ask a Vital Body Coach & we'll be more than happy to modify the exercise.
I'm a beginner, can I do this program?
Absolutely! This program is designed for absolutely everyone. If you don't know how to do a certain movement or exercise, check out the video linked to the movement
