A 4 week off-season training program for skiers & riders, designed to cut injury risk by 20%, speed up your reaction time, & build power to jump back into the winter season RIGHT where you left off.

This program consists of 4 sessions a week:

2 x MOBZ Sessions (Includes Mobilitiy, CNS Regulating Breathwork, & Freestyle Movements)

1 x DURABILITY Session (Includes Straight Up Full Body Strength Work)

1 x RAPID RESPONSE Session (Includes Power, Plyometrics, & Body Control)

MOBZ SESSIONS
MOBZ is short for mobility, which is your ability to move freely in your body with confidence! Mobility is key in reducing your risk of pain & injury in areas such as the ankles, knees, hips, and back. The MOBZ Sessions will hydrate your connective tissues & allow you to express your full range of motion. Bonus breath-work & "chill time" will also be included to help regulate the nervous system.

DURABILITY SESSIONS
Durability sessions are all about strengthening your entire body to handle the demands of the mountain. These sessions will build muscle to help you cushion falls, stomp landings, & carve harder.

Rapid Response Sessions
Most injuries on the snow occur due to slow reaction times, poor landing mechanics, & limited body control. The Rapid Response Sessions will cover any gaps you might have in these areas through power, plyometrics, & dynamic stability exercises. You'll experience a boost in reaction times, stronger shock absorption, and more precise body control.
