FAQs
Can I combine this with other bench press or deadlift programs?
Yes. You can combine it easily with other bench press programs, but be cautious when combining with deadlift programs as there is overlap in the muscles/mechanics used.
I'm a beginner and new to powerlifting, should I use this?
Yes. This is a simple program perfect for beginners and intermediates who need guidance or just want something to work off of.
I've run this program once and added 30# to my squat. Can I rerun it?
Yes. Run the program as many times as you can while still getting something out of it.
