This is a fully coached workout program between you and Lindsay Pearl. With this program you get access to a full 8 week workout program as well as 1 on 1 coaching with Lindsay through the Trainheroic app, or however you prefer to communicate with her. The program is used through the easy to use Trainheroic app, so you and Lindsay can track your progress together, as well as make adjustments on the fly. Once the 8 weeks is complete, you have access to the workout program for up to 1 year from purchase, but must renew with Lindsay in order to proceed with coaching.

If you are looking for a more self guided approach, we also offer the 4 Day Full Body Muscle Building Program. You can find the link to that program at the bottom of this page or the Elite Health & Fitness LLC page. That program offers the full 8 week program through the train heroic app.
