For the last 3 years I have been the head of High performance at West Perth football Club - WAFLW. I currently play AFLW for the Fremantle Dockers and have developed a speciality in strength and conditioning for AFL.

How do I access the program?
You'll get the program via the TrainHeroic app. Once you get the program you'll be prompted to create a free account with TrainHeroic and you'll be able to select your start date and the program will automatically go onto your training calendar. You get access to the program for a year!
What if I miss a session?
That's fine! You can complete the sessions on any day that works for you. You also get access to the program for a year so you could come back to where you were up to or start from beginning. Completely up to you!
