An 8 week program to start your running era! No experience needed, this program is designed to build you up from a beginner to a confident runner! Starting out with 2 runs per week and increases to 3, this program gently introduces you to the running world with interval based workouts that you can tailor to your pace! All you need is a good pair of running shoes and some pretty running locations and you're good to go! This program also includes guided mobility and recovery sessions to help promote blood flow and rejuvenate you for your next run.

I have worked with an array of athletes in the strength & conditioning industry including AFL, volleyball, basketbal, and swimming. I have a degree in Sports Science, a Masters in Human performance, and I currently hold a L2 ASCA certification. For the last 4 years I have been the head of High performance at West Perth football Club - WAFLW. I currently play AFLW for the Fremantle Dockers.
