I have a degree in Sports Science, a Masters in Human performance, and I currently hold a L2 ASCA certification. For the last 4 years I have been the head of High performance at West Perth football Club - WAFLW. I currently play AFLW for the Fremantle Dockers.

ANYONE! This program is great if you're getting back into the gym after a break, if you've never done structured strength training, or even those experienced in the gym looking for something new and comprehensive. It is designed to increase your overall strength and build muscle.
How do I access the program?
