Tired of your training not translating to results on the field? This 12 week program is specifically designed for baseball athletes looking to increase bat speed, exit & throwing velocity. The workouts include warm up exercises to increase T-spine and hip mobility in order to increase range of motion, a in-depth breakdown of all the medball movements on how to make sure you maximize your movement efficiency, and specific rotational strength exercises needed to strengthen and maximize power output when rotating through space. These are the same workouts that MLB player Pete Crow Armstrong, and other professional and high level collegiate and high school athletes do in order to play at a high level. So if you are looking to put up the same metrics throwing and hitting as some of the best athletes in the nation then this is the program for you.
