Increase your general pull-up and handstand push up proficiency. Suitable for athletes that can already perform at least 3 unbroken kipping chest to bar pull ups, 1 strict pull up, and handstand push ups.

This program consists of accessory work 2 days a week for 8 weeks. Monday focuses on pull-up proficiency and Friday focuses on handstand push up proficiency.
