Coach Barracks recently got to help people prep for a selection like no other. Known in some circles as the long walk. After looking at what was needed from the prep program given out, Coach Barracks helped push the envelope even further with this prep. When asked about what his program lacks, he said "Actual Land Navigation practice"

This program is designed for the endurance hounds. Those that value you running over everything else. This program will help push you to the furthest ends of your abilities. With 3 weight training days specifically set up to merely assist your running. This program will leave you with a love for running you never knew you had.
