If you attend cons in cosplay regularly or want to start, this is for you. A short program that is optimized for maximum muscular growth and recovery for a 6-week con crunch. Take your training to the next level with a group of like-minded individuals that want to look as super as Goku, All Might, Batman or ANYONE.

Depending on the character you want to dress as, 6 weeks is a great amount of time to start putting together your costume. So take it hand-in-hand with some new training and show up looking and feeling great!

FAQs
Can beginners use this program?
Absolutely! None of the exercises are outside the scope of a beginner, but the volume might be a little intense. Consult with the group or make changes if you are feeling too much fatigue
Do I HAVE to do a cosplay to use this program?
You certainly don't, just use the program and jump start your fitness for ANY occasion. In case you want to cosplay though, we got you with any help you might need!
What if I don't have access to all the equipment?
No biggie! Find me on social media and I can give substitutes for any exercise!
Can you beat Goku though?
Unfortunately not, as Goku is the strongest character in the entire known selection of fandoms ;-)
