Discover new exercises
Testing out new workout routines and exercise selections is a big part of what I do to ensure I have all the knowledge to help out my fellow heroes. Participating in these workouts with me will give you new and fun workouts, fresh movement patterns, and more importantly new GAINS

My focus is always improving on something in the gym. If it isn't strict muscle growth, its strength training. If it isn't strength training, its endurance. Finding the path to any of these outcomes is paramount to success, and you will benefit from seeing how its done!

FAQs
Who is this for?
Anyone that wants to train hard and make progress! Workouts stay consistent within blocks (strength, hypertrophy, endurance, etc.) and we all make gains together!
Are we guinea pigs?
Yes and no! Testing programs and exercise selection is in the program, but as an experienced and certified trainer, everything is done with exercise science in mind as well as intention towards progress!
How much communication will I get with the coach?
I will be as available as I can be! I stay active on social media as well, so keep plugging away and I'm sure I'll get to you within 24 hours
Can we talk about things other than fitness?
Absolutely. Part of Ultra Hero is being excited over all the fandoms (anime, comics, Star Wars, etc.). And if you have other things on your mind, as long as it isn't harmful to the rest of the group, this is a helpful and supportive community. Get in here!
