This is a full-body, 3x a week training program. The workouts are designed to last about 1 hour or a little more. This is an intermediate level program so it's best suited for those who have been working out consistently for at least a year. Every day all of the major muscle groups will be trained to some extent, with the volume split up over 3 days. Volume and reps are already programmed so simply put in the weight you're using and enjoy!
