This is a slightly more advanced version of a 2x a week upper/lower split. There is still the core element of an upper and lower body focused workout, but the workouts are a little longer, there is more volume, and there is a 3rd session a week dedicated to core work. The upper and lower workouts are designed to be done in an hour to an hour and a half, and the core workout is designed to take 15-20 minutes. This program is designed for immediate lifters who have a couple years of consistent training under their belt and want to spend more time in the gym. Volume and reps are already programmed so simply put in the weight you're using and enjoy!
