This is a upper/lower program that is designed to be used for 6 weeks with 2 workouts a week. This program is best suited for beginners or those returning to the gym after a long time off. Each workout is designed to take about 30 minutes and therefore is a great option for those with a packed schedule and limited time in the gym. Volume and reps are already programmed so simply put in the weight you're using and enjoy!
