SOME PEOPLE TEND TO FORGET ABOUT THEIR REAR DELTS, IT’S IMPORTANT TO TRAIN ALL 3 PARTS OF THE DELTOID TO ACHIEVE THE OVERALL PROPORTIONATE SHOULDERS.
