Performance is the new aesthetics.

Champions know it's all about harnessing explosive strength at the drop of a hat.

Getting stronger is important but only one piece of the puzzle. Excessive Force is a new breed of training—it's about speed, power, agility, and movement capacity, so you can dominate.

This is not a cookie-cutter program. We've got the movement selection, execution precision, and a periodized 10-week plan. It's a symphony of destruction designed to maximize your impact.

Josh and Tom Haviland are the architects of this revolution. Proven with elite traditional athletes, special ops soldiers, and even weekend warriors who dared to dream bigger. They'll transform you into a force to be reckoned with, a juggernaut on the field of play, and a powerhouse in everyday life.

Ready to unleash the Excessive Force within? We'll show you how to become the weapon you were always meant to be.

Sound Principles
Strength-to-weight ratio is a cornerstone, but barbells alone won't cut it. But remember, power misused is power wasted and the road to a perpetual injury cycle. But you can’t just sprint blindly to maximize results—so we mix it up with resisted sprints, tempo runs, and jump training.

Simple Learning Cure
Our exercise selection prioritizes rapid gains over complicated techniques. Spend time building explosive power, not struggling with complex moves like cleans and snatches. We're all about maximum results, not wasting time with broomstick drills.
