Summer Swings is a Kettlebell based Athletic training program.. Incorporating dynamic and functional training while highlighting strength and athletic conditioning. 

Super fuel your strength and athleticism with just the Kettlebell!!! (Dumbbells can be subbed if needed) 

Join us to improve overall stregth, endurance, cardiovascular fitness and power. Suitable for all althetes. All you'll need is some bells, space and hopefully some sun !
