WHAT TO EXPECT
You must be willing to sacrifice TIME. Better yet you need to MAKE time for your ironman goals. Ironman is one of the hardest challenges in the world, whether it is a 70.3 or full, it takes ALOT of commitment & time. But I promise you the result is WORTH IT. If you are selecting the 'FIT' difficulty you are looking at building to around 12-15hrs give or take of training per week
